The materials are purchased directly from several indigenous groups thus benefiting their local economies and started a sustainable art jewelry business. The artist worked extensively as a fashion designer. And this background has been instrumental in launching her career as a successful jewelry designer. After preparing the seeds she designs and creates one of a kind pieces with techniques such as knotting weaving threading macrame and croche.
