Description: 7”h x 10"w archival signed limited-edition museum wrapped canvas print, framed in a simple espresso frame ~ I love winter, dull gray day's turn dazzling with a fresh covering of snow. Like many people however, by March and April I am ready to put the cold day's of winter behind me in anticipation of spring. Mother nature does not always oblige. But, late winter storms can be some of the prettiest. Warmer temperatures produce heavy snow that clings to branches and creates great photo opportunities. Such was the day I captured this image. A male cardinal already showing its spring breeding plumage took shelter in the tapestry of the snow covered foliage.
