Description: This 3 piece artwork is made using an original authentic antique USA map, published by the Department of the Interior in the early 1900s. Photos show samples of previously sold map sets, along with the current map we have and would use to create this piece, which is circa 1900. The map is divided into 3 sections and mounted under glass. Frames are created from reclaimed wood, and finished in a rich dark brown. Hand painted lettering on the glass highlights the title, map date, and dates of when different sections were added to our country. The current map is in excellent shape, given it's age, and appears lighter in color than the two finished map set photos. This map set hangs using a French cleat set.
