Description: This organic nuno felted (nuno felting is wool fiber penetration into natural silk fabric) handmade shawl is warm and lightweight at the same time. It has a unique look and a very gentle touch. The work begins with uncolored natural silk fabric and raw wool fibers. The artist dyes silk and wool and creates nuno felt patterns with a special needle. Each shawl is a unique masterpiece. No machine is used in the felting process, only water, high quality natural soap, and plenty of time. Size: length 93 inches. width 19 inches. Care instructions: dry clean or hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, avoid wriggling, iron in wool setting.
