Title: "Bridge, Rome"

Description: Ponte Sisto is a bridge in Rome's historic center, spanning the river Tiber. The construction of the current bridge occurred between 1473 and 1479 on the foundation of the Pons Aurelius and is open only to pedestrian traffic now. It’s my favorite bridge in Rome because of its ancient history and even though it’s quite solid, the bridge seems graceful in some ways. I took this photograph in winter with my Hasselblad 500C.
