Title: The Padlock Necklace

Description: This beautiful necklace is 29" long and has a drop of 3" long by 2" wide. It is 0.25" deep. It started by using Mikki Ferrugiaro design called "The PadLock Pendant and Rope". After finishing the pendant part or most of it, I took the rest into another direction. The stitches used in this beautiful piece are Herringbone and Peyote stitch. The pendant part has a beautiful Swarovski crystal stone, embellished using Delica beads. The small piece that capture the two strands of the rope is made using Peyote stitch with Delica beads. The rope itself is Herringbone using seed beads. The clasp is magnetic but you can just wear it over your head. The colors of the pendant are purple, red and turquoise. The rope is bronze. Easy to wear and fun with any outfit and for any occasion.
