Description: Limited-edition, Unframed Fine Art Color Photograph, printed by artist in a traditional darkroom. Taken in Ravello, Italy on the Amalfi coast. This striking image was taken during my winter visit to Ravello. In the distance, the Mediterranean coastline, dotted with houses is clearly visible and the subtle variety of colors of the Mediterranean Sea is a favorite part of 'Two Columns'. It's easy to imagine standing alongside the 2 columns and gazing out at the sea and being at peace. The Chiesa della SS. Annunziata , built in 1781, and the iconic Pine tree offer a dramatic lead-in to the magnificent vista in 'Ravello, Tree and Sea'. With this photograph, you can join an untold number of people have delighted in this superb view for hundreds of years
