Title: Neighboring Voice: 'Wandering Home'

Description: I’m really enjoying how these forms and poems are evolving! These are LARGE ceramics and they have a lovely sense of gravitas (without being self-important). The face is expressive and (I hope) whimsical and the poem is poignant so you have a statement piece that you can grow old with. The Poem on the back of this one says: “He wandered until he found himself peering in his own windows... Circling the house, he decided he wasn’t home.” Doesn’t it bring up the question, “what are you gong to do with the rest of your life?” I want to be home with the lights on from now on! This series is individually sculpted from stoneware clay and glazed... suitable for display either indoors or outdoors...shipping included in the price.
