Title: Neighboring Voice: 'Entirety'

Description: I’m really enjoying how these forms and poems are evolving! These are LARGE ceramics and they have a lovely sense of gravitas (without being self-important). The face is expressive and (I hope) whimsical and the poem is poignant so you have a statement piece that you can grow old with. The Poem on the back of this one says: “We are not the Carrots or the peas” she explained, “or even them next to each other, we are the whole entirety of the soup at once, all pasts lending flavor to this moment and any possible future.” As we are fingers, independently moved, we only can make sense as part of the hand- working together in concert... This series is individually sculpted from stoneware clay and glazed... suitable for display either indoors or outdoors...shipping included in the price.
