Title: Alexander Ragtime

Description: I was in a deep depression. I was new to Chicago and rode the elevated train to work. Every morning this guy stood with his feet wrapped in newspapers in the snow outside my stop (Chicago and State). He belted out “Alexander’s Ragtime Band” with complete selfless abandon. This homeless saint saved me. So I put him on a warm velvet pedestal. This piece is cast in resin. There will be a limited edition of 20 pieces. Each piece is signed and numbered.
