Designed to glorify the fabric and the human form, each series' pieces highlights the textile's texture, rhythm and shape. I print, paint, draw and dye much of my own fabric to create textile figures that exude personality. Wall-hung or freestanding, some with simple body shapes, others with articulated...
... realistic fabric hands and delicately needle-sculpted faces, I attempt to endow my work with a feeling of the joyousness of life, a sense of serenity, and gratitude for the bountiful world of possibilities.
