Returns and Refund Policy

ArtZipper.comTMpolicy allows the buyer to return a purchase within 14 days (until midnight CST on Day 14) of receiving the artwork. To begin a return, email ArtZipper.comTM with your contact information, receipts or other proof of purchase and identifying information to help us validate the request (such as email correspondence using the email account associated with the purchase).

For the return to be accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was received, including in the original packaging in which it was sent. The buyer is responsible for shipping the return back to the pre-assigned return address, which will be provided once your return information is properly confirmed. Buyer must send ArtZipper.comTM shipment tracking information through an appropriate courier service. ArtZipper.com will contact the artist so they know to expect the return.

Once the return is received and inspected, ArtZipper.comTM will send a confirmation email to the buyer that ArtZipper.comTM has received the returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected. If the buyer's return is approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer's original method of payment within two weeks of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. If shipping an item valued at over $75, ArtZipper.comTM recommends purchasing shipping insurance.

Items that are not received by the artist from the buyer within 14 days of the purchase will not be refunded. ArtZipper.comTM does not guarantee refunds on items that are not received.

Refund processing times may vary depending on location and other circumstances. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash back.
